Minimum 15 to 12 years post qualification working experience in the production line of large mechanized underground metal mines & mechanized open cast mines having modern mining equipment from leading manufacturers. The candidate should have proven experience of having led a multi- disciplinary team of professionals and consistently achieved rated targets. Knowledge of mining rules & regulations and dealing with regulatory authorities is essential.
2.	Chief Manager (Accounts) / Manager(Accounts)	1	45-40 years	(32900 – 58000) – E5 / (29,100 – 54,500) – E4	Qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Minimum 12 to 09 years post qualification experience in Accounts Department of a PSU or large concerns preferably in mining and processing industry. Having exposure in areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting, Treasury Management, Taxation and finalization of Accounts. Should have due exposure in dealing with Statutory Authorities / Government Departments and should have worked in computerized environment with knowledge of ORACLE.
3.	Addl. Controller of Stores	1	35 years	(24,900 – 50,500) – E3	Degree in any branch of Engineering with 01 year or recognized Diploma in Materials Management or Degree in any discipline with 02 years recognized PG Degree or Diploma in Materials Management or MBA with specialization in Materials Management. Minimum 09 years of post qualification experience in Stores & Material Handling Department of a large concern.
4.	Addl. Supdt.(Mines) / Dy. Supdt. (Mines)	2	30-35 years	(24,900 – 50,500) – E3 / (20,600 – 46,500) – E2	Bachelor of Mining Engineering from a University or recognized Institution & possessing First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted). Adequate computer knowledge and exposure to latest mining software is essential. Minimum 06 to 02 years post qualification working experience in the production line of large mechanized underground metal mines & mechanized open cast mines having modern mining equipment from leading manufacturers. The candidate should have proven experience of having led a multi disciplinary team of professionals & consistently achieved rated targets. Knowledge of mining rules & regulations and dealing with regulatory authorities is essential.
5.	Dy. Manager (Accounts)	1	30 Years	(20,600 – 46,500) – E2	Qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience in Accounts Department of PSU / large concerns preferably in mining and processing industry having exposure in the areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting, Treasury Management and finalization of Accounts. He should have worked in computerized environment with knowledge of ORACLE.

• Rs. 50/- for General & OBC candidates.

• SC/ST/PH & Female candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Selection process

Candidate will be selected on the basis of interview.

• The candidate is required to take print out of the registered on-line application form with system generated application serial number.

• The candidate should sign on the print-out of the on-line registered application form by affixing recent colour passport size photograph (4 X 3 cms) and also enclose one passport size photo / attested copies of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, caste & Medical Certificate (applicable for physically handicapped candidates only) along with Demand Draft invariably. Application fee details should be written in the acknowledgement slip.

• The candidate should write Advertisement No. 02/2013, serial number of the post and system generated application number on the top of the envelope and send the print out of the duly filled up on line application form along with enclosures at the address given hereunder on or before 15 April 2013:
