The Govt of AP proposed to recruit more than 70,000 jobs in the current financial year to fill up all the vacant AP government jobs. With a view to get more benefit in the ensuing Assembly Elections, scheduled be conducted during 2014, the ruling Government committed to recruit latest AP Govt jobs through AP Govt jobs recruitment 2013.
The Government has received proposals from Environment, Forests, Science and Technology (E.F.S.& T.) Department for sanction of 3820 Forest Officer jobs in AP including 1184 Assistant Beat Officer posts for Telangana region in order to ensure effective forest protection. Accordingly, the Government has carefully examined the proposals received from the E.F.S.& T Department and keeping in view of all the activities of departments and overall financial implications, issued orders in G.O.Ms.Mo.284, Finance (SPMC-I) Department , dated 11-10-2013 sanctioning the following 3820 Govt jobs in AP Forest Department which are meant for protecting forests against encroachments, illicit felling, forest fires, poaching of wild animals, illegal quarrying and mining etc.
In the above 3820 Govt jobs in AP Forest Department, 1274 AP government jobs of different categories are to be filled in 1st phase for the year 2013-14 by direct recruitment. Similarly, the remaining 2546 Govt jobs in AP Forest Department will be filled equally in next two years i.e. 1273 latest AP Govt jobs in the second phase for the year 2014-15 and another 1273 Govt jobs in AP Forest Department in the third phase for the year 2015-16. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued no. of Government Orders (GOs) to recruit latest AP Govt jobs through its Finance (SPMC-I) Department as and when necessary. The Government has also directed the recruiting agencies like Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC), Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) and District Selection Committee (DSC) to take necessary action for filling AP Govt vacancies duly following the rules of reservation, provisions of the service rules and Presidential Orders applicable to these AP government jobs.
