Selection Process: Written Test and Interview

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the qualification of graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized University or its equivalent for Officer (General banking) and Office Assistant Posts, Degree from a recognized University in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology or its Equivalent for Officer in IT, Degree From a recognized University in LAW or Its equivalent for Officer in LAW Posts, Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered accountants of India or MBA in finance for Officer in Treasury Manager Posts.

Age Limit: Interested candidates who are appearing for this post should have the age between 21 Years to 40 Years for Officer Scale II posts as on 01-07-2013. Age relaxation would be applicable as per the Government Forms.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

Probation Period: Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of Two years which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding one year if work /conduct of the candidate is not found satisfactory.

Personal Interview : Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short-listed based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank
