Qualification: Candidates should possess valid Overman’s Certificate for S.No.1 Post, Mining Sirdar Certificate for S.No.2 Post, Matriculation with recognized Diploma/ ITI in relevant discipline for remaining Posts.
Age Limit:The candidates must have completed 18 years of age & also should not be more than 30 years of age as on 30.10.2013. However, the upper age limit as mentioned above is relaxed by:
- 05 years for SC&ST
- 03 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer)
- Age limit shall not be a bar for Departmental candidates.
Selection Procedure: The selection methodology will comprise of written test and interview. The candidates short listed in the written test shall only be eligible to appear for interview.
Registration Fee Details: Applicants have to pay the fee of Rs. 100/- in the form of Demand draft from any nationalized Bank in favor of “Central Coalfields Limited” payable at Ranchi. SC/ ST's are exempted from fee.
Application Procedure: Candidates fulfilling the above criteria can apply through any one of the modes i.e. apply online through CCL website www.ccl.gov.in. or Offline.
How to fill the Application:
1. Before filling form, please ensure the following documents are ready.
- Demand Draft
- Scanned recent color passport size self attested photograph.(Optional)
- All educational, technical & professional marks sheet and percentages of marks.
2. Please click on the relevant post for which you are going to apply.
3. Start filling the application with Name, Father‟s Name, Mother‟s Name , Address ( present & permanent), date of birth, gender etc., select the minimum required educational , technical & professional qualifications from the drop box and select „Yes‟ or „No‟ for compliance.
4. The photo uploading is optional, however if you have scanned copy please upload.
5. After completion of filling, the system generates the application ID along with filled application (PDF) which will also be mailed to applicant registered mail box.
How to Submit: Candidates fulfilling all the eligibility criteria should send properly filled application in prescribed format or PDF form generated Online along with all the relevant documents in a sealed envelope to the address mentioned in the notification through Registered Post/Speed post only so as to reach on or before 14.12.2013.
