Post Name: Senior Managerial Cadre
Age Limit : 35 Yrs (can be relaxed in suitable candidate)
Required Qualification: MBA with specialization in Finance / Marketing or Maste
Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 yrs experience, out of which 5 years in supervisory category of working in any Co-operative Bank / Institution / NGO. Person having experience in Micro Finance will be preferred.
Required qualities for this post:
- Should be Young and energetic, with innovative Ideas.
- Should know English, Gujarati & Hindi fluently ( Read & Write both)
- Knowledge of Accounting and Tally is preferred
- Knowledge of Computer and latest software is must
- Should be service oriented to the Society / Public at a large
- Should have Managerial ability to get work done from all category of subordinate staff
The appointment will be made in appropriate post on contractual bases with a consolidated fixed salary commensurate with the post
